I could not put this book down once I started reading it. It has taught me ways to reduce stress, and enrich relationships with family, work, and my friends.
If you feel lost at all I highly recommend this book. I haven’t been the same since I read it.
This book goes beyond the physical journey of Yoga. It goes so much deeper. It awakens a part of your soul that you know exists, but was never quite sure how to awaken it.
